Our Promise on Quality
At Art Engraving, we stand by the quality of our personalised jewellery and our 40 years of craftsmanship. We want you to be completely delighted with your engraved keepsake. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, here is our simple return policy.
Key Return Policies
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the bespoke nature of our work, any item that has been personally engraved with a name, date, message, or custom photo (such as your personalised pendant) cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made an error in the engraving. Custom-Engraved Items are Final Sale.
Defective/Faulty Items: If an item is received damaged, defective, or if we made an error in the engraving (e.g., misspelled name), we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First: Email our team at hello@artengraving.co.uk with your order number, a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty.

Wait for Authorisation: Do not send the item back until you receive a return authorisation and detailed instructions from our team.

Pack Securely: Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship Back: Send your package to our UK workshop address: Art Engraving, 60 Northampton Street, Birmingham, United Kingdom B18 6DX.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return at our Jewellery Quarter workshop, your refund will be processed. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different non-personalised product, size, or chain length, please contact us. We will assist you with the exchange process quickly and easily.
