How long will my order take?
All personalised items are custom engraved in our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter workshop.
Orders are typically engraved, quality-checked, and dispatched within 4–6 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — we offer a 24-hour cancellation window after placing your order.
As production begins quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Can I add engraving to the back?
Absolutely. You can add a name, date, or personal message to the reverse of your item for an extra meaningful touch.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we regularly handle bulk and corporate engraving orders including awards, gifts, and custom pieces.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer FREE UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on UK delivery only to ensure fast turnaround times and the highest level of service.

Is the photo printed or engraved?
We use deep, precision diamond-tip engraving — never surface printing.
This ensures your design is permanent, fade-proof, and will never rub off.
What if my item is faulty?
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
Simply contact our team and we’ll resolve it quickly.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-personalised items.
All personalised products are made to order, but are covered by our 30-day guarantee against defects.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days (depending on your bank).
